Ingredients

  • For the balsamic glaze:
  • 125ml beef stock
  • 80ml balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, bruised
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • For the steak rolls:
  • 4 thinly sliced sirloin steaks, fat trimmed
  • 1 carrot, peeled
  • 6-8 stalks long stemmed broccoli
  • 6-8 spears asparagus
  • 1 red or yellow pepper, de-seeded
  • 4 stalks spring onion
  • Olive oil, for cooking
  • Salt and pepper to taste
