Our very berry oats will kick start your day giving you loads of energy! Not only do they look great but they taste delicious. Always make sure to have an adult with you when you are cooking.

- 60g (3/4 cup) oats
- 250ml (1 cup) milk
- 140g (1 cup) frozen berries plus extra for serving
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1. Put the oats, berries and milk in a saucepan and cook on a low to medium heat.
- 2. Make sure to keep stirring until the oats are cooked.
- 3. Pour into bowls and top with some honey and scatter some more berries.
