Chocolate Toffee Cornflake Cakes – A tasty treat, made extra gooey and delicious with extra marshmallows.
- 100g toffees
- 100g butter
- 100g marshmallows
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 100g cornflakes
- Mini eggs
- 1. Put 24 fairy cake cases into tins or onto platters. Put the toffees, butter and marshmallows into a pan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally with a spoon until it is smooth. Add the cocoa powder and stir through.
- 2. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the cereal. Using two spoons, spoon the mixture into the cases and leave for 1 hour to set. Decorate with chocolate mini eggs.
